1. hand carved selenite crystal made entirely from balancing

1. Massage 1 minute for each area.
2. Sitting down with bare feet, start activating the Hand Chakras by rolling the sphere between the palms for a minute.
3. Move to the soles of the feet, rolling the sphere while massaging each foot for a grounding sensation.
4. Massage the Root Chakra in the back at the base of the spine to work aspects of security and belonging.
5. Bring the sphere onto the belly button and roll over, activating the Sacral Chakra and helping to balance sexual energy.
6. Move it to the Solar Plexus Chakra in your stomach area and roll over to release unbalanced feelings and emotions.
7. Massage into the heart area to evoke unconditional love in the Heart Chakra.
8. Massage the sphere to the back of the neck to stimulate truth and more precise communication.
