1. At the beginning, we will briefly review your health history and define your goals and intentions for the session.
2. You will be on a massage table, fully clothed, barefoot, and comfortably covered. Additional placements on the limbs can be done as needed.
3. The session begins with the practitioner measuring the body's main chakras with a pendulum to be cleansed and balanced before assembling the crystal grids. Thus, the selected crystals will be placed in precise geometric patterns (grids) on your body, aligned with the seven main chakras, forming harmonious crystalline grids.
4. During a session, it is possible to talk and make adjustments as needed, or you can remain in complete silence and even sleep soundly; you will be assisted safely and respectfully.
